What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of the automotive service drive
- Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues
- Monitor service department performance metrics
- Improve workflow efficiency and maximize productivity
- Work closely with technicians and dealership leadership
- Support warranty compliance and manufacturer standards
- Drive profitability while maintaining a superior customer experience
- Foster a positive, accountable, and professional team culture
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership service management experience preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience managing automotive service operations
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and warranty administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Automotive service management experience strongly preferred
