Salary is from $50,000-$55,000 per year
What Will You Do?
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract, access, and hire qualified candidates. They serve as a positive ambassador for the firm throughout the hiring process and beyond.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: work closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and post job openings: create appealing job descriptions and screening questionaries to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage and maintain job postings: post and oversee job postings on external job board and maintain vendor relationships to support candidate sourcing
- Screen applications: evaluate resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews: schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews: partner with hiring managers on interview logistics and facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate relationships: maintain consistent follow-up and communication with candidates regarding their application status
- Reference checks: coordinate and complete reference checks to verify qualification and employment history to support hiring decisions
- Documentation management: maintain and update candidate documentation in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track progress and ensure process compliance

What Do You Need?
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- Recruiting or HR support experience, including resume review and candidate screening
- Interview coordination and scheduling experience in a professional setting
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms and virtual interview tools
- Knowledge of basic recruiting and hiring practices
- Understanding of candidate experience and professional communication standards
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player with hiring managers and HR
- Discrete handling of confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Access to the following equipment to perform the required work duties(required)

- internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps
