• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the packaging machinery or a related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
