As a Health Club Attendant, you play a key role in delivering PALM Health’s exceptional member experience by maintaining a pristine, welcoming, and well-appointed environment. This role ensures all spaces consistently reflect our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence.  The main focus of this position will be laundry and light housekeeping, working primarily between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

HCAs are responsible for the overall presentation and upkeep of the club, including Locker Rooms, Refreshment Stations, Restrooms, linen areas, treatment rooms, Fitness Center, Oak Room, and Reception areas. This includes maintaining fully stocked, orderly, and visually appealing spaces that support a seamless and elevated member experience.


The HCA performs routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all areas, with particular attention to high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones. Responsibilities also include caring for shower facilities, thermal suites, and ensuring linens and amenities are consistently clean, stocked, and readily available.


In addition to maintaining the physical environment, this role contributes to a warm and service-oriented atmosphere by greeting members and guests, assisting with questions, and supporting the overall flow of the club. This position is essential to upholding PALM Health’s commitment to best-in-class service and a thoughtfully curated wellness environment.


Required Qualifications

-High School or GED (required)

-Previous hospital, hotel, hospitality, or spa experience (preferred)
