HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as Installation Technician, a critical role overseeing installation of fall protection systems at worksites across the United States.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:  

• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines 
• Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors, enforce safety regulations and resolve any work or personnel-related issues 
• Understand project scope, with thorough preparation to ensure a successful and safe installation 
• Assist managers with inspections and reports, to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules 
• Initiate any repair or replacements needed, or adjustments of procedures 
• Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring project details are consistently communicated 
• Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of local area 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:  

• High School diploma or GED 
• 4 years construction field experience 
• Experience with power tools and possess personal set of hand tools used for installation projects 
• Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred) 
• Strong communication skills with comfort interacting directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members
