Join Aldrich Wealth as a Wealth Client Services Intern and gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a client services team in a leading wealth management environment. In this role, you’ll support routine administrative and client service activities while learning how wealth management teams help clients navigate important financial decisions and achieve their goals.


You’ll work closely with experienced Client Services team members who will provide training, direction, and support as you assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, records, and other team projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student who is curious about financial services, eager to learn, and excited to build professional experience in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

You'll Get a Chance To

  • Support client onboarding and account maintenance activities, including organizing documents, preparing materials, and updating records.
  • Maintain accurate client and account information in Aldrich Wealth systems.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, correspondence, and other client service materials.
  • Support research, data gathering, workflow tracking, and other Client Services projects.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and shadowing opportunities to learn about wealth management and client service.
  • Ask questions, seek guidance, and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Expected to complete a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics from an accredited college/university by 2028
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and professionalism 
  • Interest in client service, wealth management, financial planning, or financial services 
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to continually learn and improve 

What You Should Know

The summer internship program requires 32 hours of work per week for 8 weeks. This is a temporary, non-exempt position that requires in-person attendance. As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible for employee benefits, with the exception of the 401(k) plan.

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the internship is $23.00-$25.00 per hour.
