HR Generalist
Description

  

Recruitment and Staffing:

· Assists Recruiting Specialist with interviews and making job offers.

· Collaborate with Recruiting Specialist and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

· Facilitate orientation and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

· Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution for HR-related issues.

· Mediate and resolve workplace disputes and conflicts.

· Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

· Communicate HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration:

· Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.

HR Data Management:

· Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files, payroll data, and other relevant information.

· Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Training and Development:

· Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
