Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and promote trauma-informed treatment through evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in developing patient treatment plans and outcomes in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy based on patient needs.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and revise treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources associated with assigned caseloads.
  • Coordinate continuing care planning and make appropriate referrals.
  • Monitor and complete insurance authorizations for assigned patients.
  • Provide referrals for additional care and support services as needed.
  • Maintain expected productivity standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision and seek additional clinical guidance when appropriate.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA requirements and confidentiality standards.
  • Comply with OMHSAS, DPW, and DDAP regulations and requirements.
  • Complete required orientation, annual trainings, and attendance documentation.
  • Provide coverage for other programs as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the psychological, physiological, and social aspects of addiction.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and identify substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Experience facilitating individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve recovery and wellness.
Requirements

What Do We Require?

  • Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of experience in a health and human services field.

Additional Requirements

  • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass a Drug Screen.
  • Complete a 2-Step TB Test.
  • Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
