Atlas Toyota Material Handling is currently hiring a full-time Accounting Associate to join our team. We are seeking a talented and motivated person to support the administration needs of the New Equipment Sales Department.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Manage billing and invoicing activities for the new equipment sales department.
- Process, verify, and approve vendor invoices by matching purchase orders and investigating discrepancies.
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts monthly and resolve variances.
- Compile and analyze sales data to accurately calculate monthly commissions.
- Perform various administrative and office duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or general office experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and employee information.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional physical activities may be required, including, but is not limited to, standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting (typically up to 50 lbs.), as needed.
Salary Description
$55,000-$65,000 per year based on experience
