Location: Taylor, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Employment: Full-Time | On-Site | Overtime Eligible

ONE CAMPUS. NO SERVICE ROUTE. BRAND-NEW FACILITY.

Vanguard Resources, Inc. (VRI),  is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our fast-growing facilities team supporting the Samsung Semiconductor Campus in Taylor, Texas.  This is a full-time, second-shift opportunity working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with pay ranging from $20–$30 per hour based on skills and experience, plus eligibility for occasional overtime opportunities.z

One of the biggest advantages of this position? You’ll work at one dedicated campus every day. No driving from customer to customer, no bouncing between service calls, and no daily route.  The Samsung Taylor campus is a new, state-of-the-art semiconductor facility that continues to grow and expand, with ongoing construction and new areas coming online. Our facilities team is growing right along with it, creating opportunities for technicians who want stability, continued learning and room to develop their careers.  Because this is a newer facility, much of the HVAC work is focused on preventive maintenance, inspections, system performance and reliability rather than constantly inheriting years of deferred maintenance.

Safety is a top priority. You’ll work as part of an on-site team that values safe work practices, communication, preventive maintenance and doing the job right.
