Description

Legendary Holdings | E-Commerce & Multi-Brand Consumer Products

Who We Are

Legendary Holdings is a global multi-brand apparel and consumer products company selling across multiple marketplaces. Unlike many businesses, we run the full engine—from product development and marketing to fulfillment and delivery. We’re one of the fastest-growing privately held companies you’ve probably never heard of… but you’ve definitely heard of our brands.

For 25+ years, we’ve built something rare: a people-first environment that’s fast-moving, culturally strong, and genuinely fun. We’re not owned by private equity, we’re not slowed down by red tape, and we’re not interested in “good enough.” We build, we ship, we win—together.

The Role (What You’ll Own)

This is a hands-on leadership role running our outbound fulfillment operations—picking, packing, shipping, and outbound execution—in a high-volume, high-SKU, fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead from the front, build a strong team culture, and deliver results through KPI ownership, coaching, process improvement, and high standards.

This role is ideal for a talented, rising operator who wants to start close to the work, earn trust through performance, and grow quickly inside a winning organization.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 30–90 days, you’ll be expected to:

• Learn our operation quickly and build credibility with the floor team

• Stabilize outbound execution and improve daily performance consistency

• Own the numbers (not explain them)

• Improve throughput, quality, and ship-on-time performance

• Build a culture of urgency, teamwork, and pride

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Execution & Daily Leadership

• Owns day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment performance across storefronts and drop-ship channels, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and returns

• Ensure pick front slotting for optimal volume thresholds

• Assign daily labor, manage workflow, and remove bottlenecks in real time

• Lead shift startup, performance huddles, and end-of-day recap

• Coach, train, and develop Leads and frontline associates through consistent feedback

KPI Ownership & Accountability

You will own performance outcomes, including (but not limited to):

• On-time shipments / SLA performance, fill rates

• Units per hour (UPH) / orders per hour (OPH) by function (pick, pack, label, ship)

• Quality metrics: mis-picks, order accuracy, label/scan compliance, damage rate, cancellations

• Cost efficiency (labor productivity + waste reduction)

• Serves as the primary business owner for fulfillment-related systems, data inputs, and order processing tools

• Serves as the subject matter expert for fulfillment workflows, order logic, and execution standards

• Safety and compliance execution

Process Improvement & Scaling

• Identifies fulfillment execution issues, conducts root-cause analysis, and influences corrective actions

• Develop and maintain fulfillment performance reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support operational decision-making

• Plan staffing and workflow for peak season and promotional surges

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, IT/WMS, and Leadership to solve problems fast

Culture, People, and Safety

• Build a team culture that is high-performance, positive, accountable, and respectful

• Customer Service first mindset because without customers, we don’t have jobs

• Drive employee engagement through leadership presence and consistency—not posters

• Maintain OSHA compliance and support all safety programs

Vendor / Partner Relationships

• Build relationships with key vendors and service partners to support outbound execution

The Reality (Read This Twice)

E-commerce fulfillment isn’t 9–5. Peak season, promotions, and high-volume weeks require non-traditional hours, urgency, and flexibility. If you’re the type of leader who wants predictable days every day—this won’t be the right fit.

If you want a role where you can build something real, lead a team, and win—you’ll love it here.
