Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue/Membership Accountant to join our team to support T11 Car Condos, The Circuit Club and COTALAND. This role requires extensive full-cycle accounts receivable experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments and external parties. The Revenue/Membership Accountant will be responsible for generating member, external customer and some intercompany billings as well as conducting collections follow-up. The position will also reconcile daily sales and cash receipts.
Requirements & Essential Functions:
- Maintain membership databases, process periodic due and statements.
- Generate and send billing invoices and payment reminders.
- Ensure member and customer databases are updated with accurate contact information.
- Process and post payments received including checks, credit card, and electronic funds transfers.
- Reconcile daily sales and cash receipts across multiple point of sale systems.
- Record revenue from multiple POS systems into NetSuite ERP.
- Perform customer account reconciliations; research and resolve payment or billing discrepancies.
- Perform month-end closing activities related to revenue, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations as assigned.
- Ensure intercompany and related party charges are billed and collected.
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives, including automation where possible.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support audit requirements and financial reporting.
- Assist in year-end closing activities including the financial audit.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a high-volume accounts receivable/payable, billing or bookkeeping.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable process and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience may suffice.

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
