Naturipe Farms is a grower-owned producer of wholesome, good-for-you fresh berries, nurtured by working family farmers. From small family homesteads to large estates, our growers are defined by their care for nature. At Naturipe, sustainability is the foundation of every decision we make. It is a priority in all aspects of our company and farming operations across the globe. Unique to the fresh produce industry, Naturipe is a partnership between a number of highly esteemed fresh berry growers.

About the role:

The Assistant Product Manager executes daily operations for conventional and organic blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries: inventory control, short-term pack plan execution, and product availability monitoring over a ten-day window. You are the department's first responder for daily events, executing within the published plan and escalating deviations to the Product Manager. This role supports daily and weekly sales execution, communication, and performance tracking, and participates in the weekend coverage rotation.

What you will accomplish:

• Execute daily short-term sales and operations activity for assigned commodities and regions within the published pack plan; escalate deviations beyond defined thresholds to the Product Manager.

• Review inventories, product rotation, and carryover daily; flag aging and rotation risks.

• Act as first point of contact for product claims with the sales team and Partner Operations staff.

• Balance sales boards, report discrepancies, and resolve routine issues.

• Coordinate re-packing and re-grading as directed to add value to returns.

• Update and distribute the Daily Pack Plan to assigned growing areas and facilities.

• Ensure daily orders are planned and staged to meet departure cutoffs; flagging at-risk loads.

• Execute fruit transfers as planned; propose transfer adjustments to the Product Manager when demand shifts.

• Perform retail store checks in the local market area and distribute the weekly summary.

• Participate in the weekend coverage rotation per the department coverage model.

• Develop deep product knowledge across blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
