Position Overview: This position supports the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Directorate (GF) providing facilities operations & maintenance compliance support as a Compliance Analyst. This individual leads monitoring and evaluation of third-party facility support service providers across the MCICOM GF installation portfolio, ensuring contractor performance meets service contract requirements and that Government assets are protected, and equipment readiness is maintained. You will manage the command's equipment warranty tracking program and leads development of Preventive Maintenance (PM) work plans for Government review and approval in support of program tasks.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead service contract compliance evaluations, analyzing third-party provider execution data against contract performance standards 
  • Manage continuous equipment warranty tracking across the installation portfolio; draft Preventive Maintenance work plans for Government review and approval  
  • Analyze third-party provider performance metrics, identify compliance gaps, and document findings with supporting data for Government action 
  • Coordinate data calls with installation facility managers and GF section leads to gather performance information 
  • Flag equipment readiness risks and warranty expiration timelines to Government leadership; support corrective action planning 
  • Ensure all work products are clearly framed as advisory and subject to Government review and approval in compliance with restrictions on contractor oversight of other contractors 


Requirements

 Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business, or related field 
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities operations, O&M contract management, or DoW installations support 
  • Demonstrated familiarity with DoW facility service contracts, performance standards, and O&M compliance frameworks 
  • Experience with warranty management programs and preventive maintenance planning in a government or large institutional setting 
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills; experience producing executive-level compliance reports 
  • Active Secret clearance required 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC); active Secret clearance (or interim Secret at minimum) required at start of performance and maintained for the duration of the contract 

Preferred Skills/Experience: 

  • Prior experience supporting MCICOM, NAVFAC, or Marine Corps installations programs 

United States of America: $100,000 USD – $120,000 USD (depends on state requirements for wage transparency) Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
