Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient dental opportunity in Aiken, South Carolina. This position offers predictable weekday hours, a manageable patient schedule, and production-based compensation that rewards efficiency without overbooking patients. The Dental Hygienist will focus on preventive care, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with an experienced dental team.

COMPENSATION
• Base Hourly Pay: $40-$44 Based On Experience
• Production Bonus: 30% Of Production When Averaging $250 Per Patient
• Many Hygienists Earn The Equivalent Of $50 Or More Per Hour When Production Is Factored In

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
• 32-36 Hours Per Week
• No Weekends

Requirements
• South Carolina Dental Hygienist License REQUIRED
