Responsibilities will include:

  • Executing and updating property marketing materials, providing leasing tours, and possess renewal strategies to achieve resident retention goals. 
  • Demonstrating strong customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services. 
  • Acting in accordance with company procedures and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements. 
  • Working independently as well as cooperatively with the Property Manager and team. 

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who will be working closely with the property manager to gain knowledge of management responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years working in leasing or real estate.
  • Personable leasing specialist with strong closing ratio.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Capable of managing entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move in.
  • Familiar with resident retention and renewing leases.
  • Ensure all service requests are followed through until completion.
  • Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with current residents.
  • Knowledge of property management software operating systems 
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.
