Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is a growing home-service company serving Southwest Florida across plumbing, cooling, and electrical, with a mission of Changing the Way the World Views Skilled Trades. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Follow-Up Coordinator to help us maximize opportunities with customers we have already served in the Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs area.
This position is primarily responsible for following up on unsold estimates and opportunities, performing customer "happy calls," selling maintenance agreements, and working closely with our Sales Manager to develop and manage follow-up pipelines. It also includes vendor and community relations: visiting HOA communities in person and building relationships with property managers and board members so they refer our services to their residents. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with customers, is comfortable selling over the phone, and knows how to stay organized and persistent without being overly aggressive.
Responsibilities
- Follow up daily on unsold plumbing, HVAC, and electrical opportunities
- Contact customers who received estimates but did not move forward with the recommended work
- Conduct happy calls after service appointments to verify customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
- Sell and renew company maintenance agreements and membership plans
- Work directly with the Sales Manager to build targeted customer follow-up pipelines
- Follow up on aging estimates, replacement opportunities, financing opportunities, and other assigned sales leads
- Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, financing, promotions, and available options
- Overcome objections and help customers feel confident moving forward with recommended work
- Schedule appointments and route opportunities back to the appropriate department or salesperson
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up dates, and customer communication in ServiceTitan
- Track assigned opportunities through completion, following up consistently until the opportunity is won, lost, or no longer actionable
- Visit HOA communities on site to build and maintain vendor relationships with property managers and board members
- Develop referral relationships that drive service calls from HOA residents and managed properties
- Assist the Sales Manager with outbound campaigns and other revenue-producing initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Sales-minded and comfortable asking customers for the business
- Persistent and competitive while still providing a positive customer experience
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
- Able to manage multiple customer pipelines at the same time
- Comfortable working in CRM software and documenting customer interactions
- Experience in inside sales, call centers, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or ServiceTitan is a plus
- Comfortable meeting property managers and board members in person and representing the company professionally
- Valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record for local travel to HOA and property management visits
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales and operations leadership
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Mostly an in-office role with extended periods of sitting, computer use, and headset or phone work
- Sustained talking and listening across a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
- Regular local travel to HOA communities and property management offices, including walking, standing, and short periods outdoors in hot or cold weather
