Job Summary
The front desk receptionist/support service coordinator manages incoming calls, schedules service appointments, greets customers, and coordinates with service technicians. First point of contact for customers, supporting both the customer and the technicians. Provides superb customer service and preserves customer loyalty. Passionate and punctual self-starter to handle multi-line phones, greet customers, assist with daily cash drawer reconciliation, take phone messages, and act as the first-line liaison.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily scheduling
- Service coordination between customers and service writer and/or technicians to determine customer needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Answers and transfers phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors and act as liaison between employees and customers
- Schedules appointments and provide service quotes
- Maintain product displays and a clean, organized front counter and lobby area
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
- Data entry and scanning
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Assist office staff with tasks as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or Standing
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous clerical and/or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in the tire and automotive service industry preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel
