We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our data center quality and commissioning operations. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and screening qualified candidates for technical and professional positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and able to build relationships with candidates while managing multiple openings and hiring priorities. 

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing:
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates.
• Recruiting & Screening:
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project leadership.
• Technical Recruiting:
  • Recruit for positions including commissioning, quality inspection, electrical, mechanical, project management, and other data center roles.
  • Develop an understanding of technical qualifications required for each position.
• Candidate Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with offers, background checks, onboarding, and other pre-employment requirements.

Proven recruiting experience, preferably in technical, construction, engineering, or data center industries.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.

Proficient with recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
