Production Operator – Day Shift
Location: Quakertown, PA | Overtime Required
Intigral, Inc., a manufacturer of high-quality insulated glass products, is growing! Due to increased demand for our technology-driven, energy-efficient insulated glass units, we are expanding our production operations and adding a new production line.

Position Summary
Production Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment, completing work orders, and meeting established production and quality standards. Employees will receive training across multiple areas of production, including machine operation, manual assembly, material handling, and loading and unloading production and cutting equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Complete work orders while meeting daily production goals and schedules.
- Train and become proficient in multiple production positions.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and first-piece inspections.
- Conduct routine quality checks and visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and report equipment issues as needed.
- Safely load and unload production lines and cutting equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to support overall production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in two or more production positions.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including equipment setup, adjustments, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to perform visual and in-process quality inspections.
- Basic understanding of measurements and the ability to use tools such as tape measures and calipers, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
