Welder III 

Position Summary 

Highly skilled welder capable of completing complex structural welding assignments with minimal supervision. Serves as a technical resource for production teams. 

Essential Duties  

• Perform advanced welding in all qualified positions. 
• Interpret complex blueprints and welding procedures. 
• Troubleshoot welding defects and fabrication issues. 
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards. 
• Mentor and train junior welders. 
• Support quality inspections and customer requirements. 

Qualifications 

• Advanced welding certifications preferred. 
• Extensive knowledge of welding codes and procedures. 
• Proven ability to perform difficult welds consistently. 

Experience 

• 5+ years of welding experience. 

Hours 

• Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm 
• Overtime may be required.
