Job Summary:
We are looking for a Part-Time or PRN status Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and provide support services across our hospital, outpatient clinic, and nursing home. The COTA will assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans designed to help patients regain function and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Carry  out treatment plans under the supervision of an OT
• Provide care to patients across hospital, outpatient, and long-term care settings
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the OT
• Document therapy sessions according to policy and regulatory standards

Work collaboratively with nursing, rehab, and medical teams 

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license in Texas
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Experience in multi-setting environments preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
