Lexington Sporting Club is seeking a results-driven Director of Premium & Corporate Sales to lead the Club’s premium and corporate season ticket sales efforts. This position will be responsible for building and growing these revenue channels through new business development, relationship management, and the sale of premium seating, hospitality, and corporate season ticket offerings.
This position will own the sales process from prospecting through renewal, with a focus on creating measurable value for both clients and the Club. The role will also help establish the processes, systems, and client experience needed to support the long-term growth of the Club’s premium and corporate sales function.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue through the sale of premium seating, hospitality experiences, corporate season tickets, and related ticket products.
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with businesses, executives, community leaders, and other prospective buyers to generate new premium and corporate sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, meetings, stadium tours, proposals, negotiations, closing, and renewals.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently work toward established revenue goals.
- Develop ticket and hospitality solutions based on client needs and available Club inventory.
- Represent Lexington Sporting Club at business, networking, community, and other events to generate new sales opportunities.
Client Experience & Premium Operations
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for premium and corporate ticket clients.
- Coordinate with Stadium Operations, Food & Beverage, Ticket Operations, and other partners to ensure premium and hospitality experiences are properly planned and delivered.
- Ensure commitments made during the sales process are documented and communicated to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain a visible presence during matches, premium events, and other relevant Club events to engage clients and prospects, address needs, and coordinate follow-up as appropriate.
- Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to premium offerings and the overall client experience.
Strategy, Administration & Collaboration
- Develop and recommend premium and corporate sales strategies, goals, pricing, packaging, and campaigns for Club leadership approval, and lead the sales execution of approved offerings.
- Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, account, inventory, and revenue information within the Club’s CRM and ticketing systems.
- Track sales performance and provide regular pipeline, forecast, and revenue reporting.
- Coordinate closely with the Club’s third-party ticket sales partner to maintain clear ownership of leads, accounts, inventory, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships/Foundation, Ticket Operations, Stadium Operations, Food & Beverage, and other departments to support lead generation, client relationships, and successful execution of premium experiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing products or develop new premium and corporate offerings based on client demand and stadium capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 3 or more years of successful sales, business development, account management, or hospitality experience; professional sports, collegiate athletics, live entertainment, or premium hospitality experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
- B2B sales experience and experience working with corporate decision-makers strongly preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-management, customer-service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance sales priorities with event-related responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or sales-management platforms preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Availability to work Lexington Sporting Club matches and other evenings, weekends, and events as required.
