WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

You're the last set of eyes before the guest walks in. As our Room Inspector, you're the standard-setter — the person who walks a freshly cleaned room and knows in an instant whether it's truly ready. You'll assign rooms to attendants, conduct thorough inspections, document findings, address guest concerns, and support the training and development of the team around you. This role carries real responsibility: your eye for detail and your commitment to quality are what separate a clean room from a guest-ready one. If you thrive in a role where your standards matter and your leadership makes the floor run better, this is where you belong.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assign daily room lists to Room Attendants and manage workload throughout the shift.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies for cleanliness and condition.
  • Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear; document and report findings.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints about housekeeping service professionally and promptly.
  • Support Room Attendant training and step in for Housekeeping Management when needed.
  • Write supply requisitions and maintenance work orders; report room redecoration needs.
  • Assist with hands-on cleaning and laundry tasks as workload demands.
  • Distribute new stock items to Room Attendants as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING

  • Eye for detail — you notice what others miss and hold the line on quality.
  • Supervisory or housekeeping experience preferred; previous room inspection experience a plus.
  • Team player who's willing to roll up their sleeves when the floor needs it.
  • Clear communicator with guests, management, and teammates.
  • Organized; able to plan and assign work across a team effectively.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is FULL TIME, with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, is required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
