The Creative Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various creative projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client and business objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between the creative team and client partners, with accountability for managing project workflows, documentation, and communications. The Creative Project Coordinator supports operational efficiency and quality assurance across all project deliverables.
This role is a fully in office role in Charlotte, NC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and encourage the adoption of internal business processes.
- Complete clear project briefs to communicate objectives and expectations.
- Collaborate with Creative Operations Director to build project schedules, assign resources, and manage shifting priorities.
- Track project budgets and timelines, clearly communicating changes and updates to all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent communication and transparency on project progress.
- Oversee and manage project workflow using Monday.com, keeping all team members aligned and projects on track.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure final deliverables meet brand and creative standards.
- Act as a liaison between creative teams and various departments, driving alignment and successful outcomes.
- Complete a variety of needed administrative tasks that facilitate internal/client communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong project and/or account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize project details and present information clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to planning and prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with varying personality types.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment in managing project risks and conflicts.
- Experience managing creative projects in a marketing, advertising, or design environment.
- Background in client-facing roles with demonstrated ability to maintain professional relationships.
- This is 5 days a week on-site role.
What will set you apart
- Prior experience working with or managing creatives, including designers, copywriters, and photographers.
- Understanding of creative processes, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and common file types.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Workfront) and familiarity with creative workflows.
- Experience with commercial printing and print-ready files.
Work Schedule
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Must have the availability and ability to work in a fully remote environment, using digital communication and ticketing tools for collaboration.
- Working hours may vary based on operational and business needs.
- Some travel may be required.
Education and Experience
- Associate's degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field and 1-3 years of relevant project coordination, administrative, or client service experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
