We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale our marketing infrastructure and processes. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring that campaigns, lead management, reporting, and technology systems support revenue growth and an exceptional buyer experience.
As a cloud management software company, our focus includes Cloud Management Platform (CMP) and Kubernetes (StormForge) solutions that help organizations optimize cloud costs, governance, automation, and operational efficiency. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to drive measurable pipeline impact through data-driven decision making and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & lifecycle: Own and optimize the marketing tech stack.
Admin HubSpot (current CRM), define funnel stages/MQL/SQL, set naming conventions, segments, and lead scoring; maintain dashboards.
Build and optimize marketing forms, landing-page integrations, tracking parameters, and campaign infrastructures.
Partner with marketing and revops team to ensure campaigns are tracked and optimized.
Data & attribution: Own campaign tracking and attribution standards, including UTMs, campaign naming conventions, source tracking, and multi-touch attribution. Connect ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google; later Meta/Reddit) and tools; evaluate/implement attribution (e.g., HockeyStack or similar) and ensure data labeling is correct.
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline, and marketing-sourced revenue.
Integrations: Stand up and maintain enrichment (Reo.dev, Clay), intent/qualification (e.g., Qualified chatbot), audience syncs, and tag management (GTM/RudderStack).
Campaign ops: Build audiences/segments, push to ads, QA pixels/tags, and ensure timing/versioning across channels.
Website tracking: Partner with Web dev (Wordpress) to deploy tags/snippets; confirm data flows; raise/follow through on fixes. Support website analytics and conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and conversion events.
Project management: Drive initiatives to completion, coordinate with others to ensure work is done in a timely fashion. When engineering help is needed, run the integration backlog and acceptance criteria.
Expandable scope: Can take on automated outbound systems (AI-assisted sequences), email lifecycle/nurtures, and Ops for SDR/BDR if/when added.
What "great" looks like (90 days)
Clean funnel with reliable stage definitions and reporting; campaign and segment syncs working across HubSpot‚ paid; chatbot implemented/tested; early lead scoring live.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or a related role.
- Comfortable orchestrating vendors and contractors while keeping the team on track
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot and ad/CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of lead management, marketing funnels, attribution models, and pipeline reporting.
- Ability to get buy in and collaborate across a flat organization.
- Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in cloud computing, cloud management, Kubernetes, or enterprise software industries.
- Experience supporting ABM and enterprise sales motions.
- Familiarity with remote-first, global organizations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud governance concepts.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD Annually, actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
