Summary
engage2learn is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Partnership Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting engage2learn’s software solutions for partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a partner-focused approach, along with a proven understanding of all engage2learn solutions and the ability to clearly articulate them to partners.
Responsibilities
Partner Implementation & Onboarding
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business requirements and customize our software solutions to meet their needs
- Manage the implementation process from start to finish, including planning, configuration, testing, and training
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and partner requirements
Partner Support & Training
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for partners during implementation and after the software is deployed
- Conduct training sessions for partners to ensure they are proficient in using the software
- Collect, analyze, and share user feedback patterns heard in interactions with partners
Product Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues or bugs in the software
- Consult with the product team to evaluate complex partner problems and design solutions that leverage existing features or inform new ones
- Make recommendations on new functionality that will solve user pain points
- Stay abreast of current context in partner districts, edtech, and the field of education
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of databases and software development methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with partners to understand their business needs and customize software solutions accordingly
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving, solution-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
- An ability to address partner requests in a timely manner
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on the time of year and district needs

Employment Details
- This is a full-time, exempt position
- This is a remote position
- Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional hours as necessary
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
