What's the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the day-to-day supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring the product runs, materials, and services provided by warehouse employees meet F&S's standards for accuracy, quality, and safety. This role is essential to keeping our fresh-cut fruit, vegetable, and meal solutions moving efficiently from receiving through shipping, directly supporting F&S's mission of delivering fresh, safe food to customers every single day. The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, coaches, and validates transactions while assigning and directing the work of employees across shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control. This is a hands-on leadership role that calls for someone who leads by example on the floor, communicates clearly across shifts and departments, and stays composed under the pace of a perishable-goods operation. The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or food-related environment, a strong sense of accountability, and a genuine commitment to developing their team.

- Track and rotate inventory to minimize spoilage and ensure timely movement of perishable product to production
- Interview, hire, coach, evaluate performance, and manage discipline for warehouse team members
- Lead safety, SOP, and other employee meetings and support ongoing training and development
- Ensure equipment stays safe and operational, addressing issues promptly, and keep the warehouse clean and compliant
- Verify receiving reports, purchase orders, and invoices, and identify damage, shortages, or quality deficiencies
