Description

The Executive Administrator to Lead Pastors is a trusted and integral part of the Lead Pastors’ team, helping carry the heart, vision, and mission of Next Level Church through exceptional administrative leadership and relational support. Reporting to Director of Resource Expansion and Lead Pastors Office, the Executive Administrator has the primary responsibility of supporting the Lead Pastors’ office by managing priorities, anticipating needs, coordinating details, and helping to turn decisions into action. This role helps remove distractions, so the Lead Pastors can focus on pastoring and leading Next Level Church and the Next Level Relational Network.


Essential Functions:

  • Support the Lead Pastors: Serve as a trusted first point of contact, manage calendars and daily priorities, coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare necessary resources, and ensure timely follow-through on decisions and commitments. 
  • Coordinate and Execute: Organize travel, guest speaker details, meetings, retreats, events, and special projects while providing Sunday and special event support, including sermon slides and presentation materials.
  • Lead and Collaborate: Build and lead a central administrative serve team, partner with the Lead Pastors’ administrative team, coordinate with Executive Leadership Team administrators, and provide clear direction, encouragement, and relational and spiritual investment.

Other Duties: 

  • Maintain an organized and efficient Lead Pastors’ office, including files, SharePoint, resources, expenses, and administrative systems.
  • Anticipate and manage the practical details that keep the Lead Pastors and their office running smoothly.
  • Attend meetings with the Lead Pastors as needed and capture key notes, decisions, and follow-up items.
  • Support Executive Leadership Team meetings, off-sites, retreats, and special gatherings.
  • Provide encouragement and support to staff while representing the heart and voice of the Lead Pastors.
  • Handle errands and other practical needs as necessary.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the Lead Pastors and the ongoing needs of Next Level Church.

TIME COMMITMENT:

  • Monday-Thursday and Saturday/Sunday, with Friday as a Sabbath. 
  • Full-time Staff at this level are expected to work 40-45 hours per week as directed, 
  • including weekends or after normal business hours.
  • Weekly Staff Gatherings, Monthly Chapels, Team Offsites, Staff Days, and Events.
