Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and instruct clients on winter fishing techniques and safety procedures

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in cold weather conditions

- Maintain and operate fishing equipment and safety gear

- Provide expert advice on local fish species, habitats, and best practices

- Monitor weather conditions and adapt plans accordingly

- Foster a positive and engaging experience for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fishing, particularly in winter or cold weather environments

- Strong knowledge of local fish species, habitats, and fishing techniques

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to operate and maintain fishing and safety equipment

- First aid and emergency response certification preferred

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
