MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS – 1ST & 3RD SHIFT
BCI Solutions, Inc. | Bremen, Indiana
Starting at $22.00/hour+ based on experience
60-Day Performance Review with Opportunity for Merit Increase
$2.00/ hour shift premium for 3rd shift
BCI Solutions is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for both 1st and 3rd shift.
We are looking for people who can find the problem, fix the problem, and get the equipment running again.
This is not building maintenance. You will be troubleshooting production equipment in a demanding manufacturing environment where downtime matters.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Industrial production and material-handling equipment
- 480V electrical systems
- Motors, starters, relays, sensors, and VFDs
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLC-controlled equipment
- Mechanical drive systems, bearings, chains, belts, and gearboxes
- Preventive maintenance and equipment improvements
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
1st Shift Maintenance Technician
A strong fit for an experienced technician who can support daily production, preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and improvement projects.
3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
We need someone who can think on their feet. On nights, you may not have a crowd standing behind you with the answer. You need to be able to troubleshoot, make decisions, and get equipment back online.
Pay
- $23.00 and up based on experience
- 60-day review with possible merit increase
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:
- You would rather troubleshoot a failure than guess and start changing parts.
- You know the difference between an electrical problem and a mechanical one.
- You can follow a schematic and actually use a meter.
- You take pride in getting equipment running correctly, not just temporarily.
- You understand that maintenance directly impacts safety, quality, and production.
BCI operates foundry, machining, automation, and finishing operations, giving our maintenance team exposure to a wide range of industrial equipment and technical challenges.
If you're the person people look for when the machine stops running, we want to talk to you.
WHAT WE NEED
- Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment prints
- Experience diagnosing equipment failures, not just replacing parts
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Dependable attendance and willingness to respond when production needs support
PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, foundry, machining, or heavy industrial experience is a plus.
