The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys keeping projects moving, learning new tools and processes, and helping a busy team deliver polished, timely work. This role is designed for someone with 1-2 years of marketing, communications, events, or related experience who is ready to build confidence and grow into broader campaign ownership over time.
