Your Role
As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat residents across the continuum of care
- Provide individualized, occupation-centered treatment with a strong emphasis on ADLs and functional independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning, transitions, and discharge needs
- Help identify opportunities to support residents proactively in IL, AL, and Memory Care
- Participate in quality improvement and program development
- Mentor OT/OTA students through PCSC's clinical education partnerships

What You Bring
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current South Carolina OT license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to quality, ethical, resident-centered care
- Interest in geriatrics and working across the continuum of care
- Experience with older adults preferred; motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
