We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will work tirelessly with their team to ensure successful installations of Britten Projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the development of a world class field services organization. They will execute phenomenal communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organization from project kickoff to completion. The mission of this position is to manage internal functions that support the success of project installations from quality and customer satisfaction to cost management and process development, with the help of their talented teammates. Job Summary and Job Functions
- Lead the development of a world class field services organization
- Manage the overall performance of the Britten installation network, develop standardized metrics
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism in working to establish rapport with all teammates and clients
- Maintain direct communication with team to ensure smooth flow of project operations
- Installation Engineering and Pricing
- Work with Sales Reps, Project Managers and Engineering Teams to reverse engineer what internal and external resources are needed to ensure a successful installation and price estimate
- Review of Britten Projects to Determine/Confirm what Onsite Labor Needs are required in Advance of Dispatch
- Installation Quote Oversight to Ensure Profitable Financial Performance
- Invoice Approvals/ Cost Management
- Available for After Hours Install Issues (as needed)
- Grow Installation Network to Support our Business Needs
- - Determine product installation requirements
- - Determine market requirements, strategically determining where we need a presence
- - Find and qualify installation partners based on product and market requirements
- - Establish appropriate ranges of subcontractor pay based on product and market conditions
- Install Network Management -Timely Invoicing, Proactive Check Ins/Relationship Building, Rate/Pricing Negotiations
- Lift Vendor Management (and Expansion) - Timely Invoicing, Proactive Check Ins/Relationship Building, Rate/Pricing Negotiations
- RISK MANAGEMENT - Safety and Certification Management - Internal Britten Teammates and External Network Certification Confirmation
- Hours and Cost Management of Field Managers and Britten Installation Network
- Partner with Project Managers, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics to Ensure Proper Packing Methods for Materials and Timely Onsite Deliveries
- Participates in initiatives aligned with moving the company forward through process development and continuous improvement

- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Project Management experience
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce preferred
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Relentless passion to delight our customers and work as a team that is committed to achieving team goals
