Position Overview
St. Mary Catholic School in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a full-time fourth grade teacher. St. Mary serves approximately 450 students in preschool through eighth grade and follows the Archdiocese of Denver curriculum standards, available at https://archden.org/schools/office-catholic-schools/curricula/.

Primary Responsibilities
- Advance the educational goals of St. Mary Catholic School and support the mission of the Catholic Church.
- Provide engaging, empowering, in-person instruction in a private-school setting.
- Plan and deliver daily lessons in mathematics, social studies, science, language arts, and religion in alignment with Archdiocese of Denver elementary standards and benchmarks.
- Design learning experiences informed by current best practices in education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate instruction, support students, and strengthen the school community.
- Use positive, effective classroom-management practices and create a safe, orderly, and nurturing learning environment.
- Assess student learning, monitor progress, and communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.

Compensation:
- Annual Compensation $42,424 - $61,171 based on experience

Essential Requirements
- Be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
- Hold a teaching license or certificate valid in Colorado, or be willing to obtain Colorado teaching licensure.
