About CannaMD
CannaMD is a premier medical cannabis clinic providing medical marijuana certification appointments with board-certified physicians for initial and renewal patients.
Our mission is to provide quality care to patients through the evidence-based application of medical cannabis research. Centered around education, empathy, and exceptional customer service, CannaMD strives to provide an unparalleled patient experience and empower our patients in pursuing a better quality of life.
Position Overview
The Sales Liaison is a patient-facing telephone sales and service position responsible for helping prospective and existing patients understand CannaMD services, navigate the medical marijuana certification process, and schedule appointments.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven call center position involving both inbound and outbound telephone calls. Sales Liaisons are expected to meet established monthly performance and sales metrics while consistently delivering exceptional, concierge-level patient service.
Our Expectations
Success in this position requires more than being a strong salesperson—and more than being a strong customer service representative. The ideal Sales Liaison must be able to do both.
Our Sales Liaisons are expected to listen carefully, understand each patient’s needs, establish trust, clearly communicate the value of our services, confidently address questions or concerns, and appropriately ask the patient to schedule an appointment.
Our goal is for patients to feel helped, supported, and valued—not simply “sold to”—while the Sales Liaison remains confident and intentional about moving qualified patients toward scheduling.
We are looking for individuals who understand that sales performance and exceptional patient care are not competing priorities. Both are fundamental expectations of the position.
We expect our Sales Liaisons to be:
Confident enough to sell.
Empathetic enough to listen.
Skilled enough to do both exceptionally well.
Although this is a competitive, performance-driven sales environment, CannaMD also values teamwork, collaboration, empathy, accountability, and professional development. We provide continued opportunities for training, recognition, certification, growth, and advancement.
If you are energized by helping people, comfortable being held accountable for measurable sales results, confident communicating by telephone, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, we look forward to getting to know you.
