Job Summary:
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials throughout the facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations by accurately processing incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring materials are delivered to internal departments in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Description:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Verify quantities and product condition against packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation.
- Accurately label, store, and track inventory using warehouse systems and handheld scanners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, storage, and movement of materials.
- Investigate and report damaged goods, shortages, discrepancies, and returned items.
- Move materials and products to designated warehouse locations and internal departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving environment.
- Respond professionally to internal customer, vendor, and carrier inquiries.
- Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications of Position:
- Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, logistics, inventory control, or related operations.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.

PAY STATEMENT
The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
