Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation’s most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We’re looking for an Executive Director to lead our team at Blossom Rock, a fast-growing community in Apache Junction nestled against the backdrop of the Superstition Mountains. Bringing desert living to life in the East Valley, Blossom Rock is home to a mix of young families, empty nesters, and residents drawn to an active, outdoor lifestyle.
In this role, you’ll provide overall leadership for the community, guiding operations, governance, resident engagement, communications, financial performance, and team development. You’ll also serve as a key partner to the developer and other stakeholders, helping translate the vision for Blossom Rock into thoughtful strategy and strong day-to-day execution.
This is an opportunity for an experienced community leader to shape the next chapter of a growing master-planned community while building trusted relationships with residents, partners, board members, and the team around you.
If you’re a strong people leader who can balance strategy, operations, relationships, and accountability, we’d love to meet you.
