By maintaining sanitation standards, supporting kitchen teams, and ensuring all areas are clean and functional, the Steward helps create a smooth operation and an enjoyable experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of shared dishwashing, kitchen, and back-of-house areas.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean high volumes of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure proper sorting, storage, and distribution of clean items across concepts.
- Support multiple vendors or stations by restocking supplies and removing used items.
- Remove trash, recycling, and compost to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Clean floors, drains, equipment, and common areas regularly throughout shifts.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
- Assist with high-volume turnover during peak service periods.
- Communicate effectively with multiple teams to support operational flow.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds.
