Alaska Northstar Federal (ANF), a member of the Shee Atiká Family of Companies, is seeking an Integration Engineer for a new project.

This project supports the modernization of a mission-critical enterprise workforce management platform through cloud migration and technology transformation. The effort focuses on improving scalability, security, reliability, and operational resilience while implementing modern DevSecOps and automation practices. Team members will contribute to cloud engineering, systems integration, cybersecurity, and process modernization initiatives that enable a more secure and efficient enterprise environment.

The Integration Engineer will establish the foundational DevSecOps infrastructure, executing tool migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and bootstrapping CI/CD pipeline automation to support system Go-Live. The Integration Engineer will also define the DevSecOps Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and establish the pipeline/tool migration roadmap for Go-Live and establish plans to migrate Government-Furnished Equipment/Tools (GFE/GFT) from current cloud environments into the target OCI environment (including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, ALM Octane, Splunk, Audit Vault, UiPath, etc.). Integration support will include configuring initial FlexDeploy scripts to enable automated continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Works with the Database Lead, MP DBA team and ERP CS Splunk teams, to support the migration activities associated with the ERP CS shared services Splunk and associated OCI infrastructure requirements.
• Executes the various Oracle provided tools necessary to support the project.
• Performs the migration asks in scope. 
• Works with product vendor for any issue resolution/bug fixes.
• Prepare Runbooks.

Minimum Candidate Requirements

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree

Candidate must have an active DoD Secret Clearance and must be eligible to pass a Tier III background investigation 

Candidate must have an active CompTIA Security+ CE

Candidate have 7+ years experience with major Cloud Service Provider (CSP) experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).

Candidate must have 2+ years experience with the following:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.
• Participating in enterprise migration support, including executing technical cutover activities, delivering direct go-live support, and authoring final technical documentation and runbooks.

Candidate must have 4+ years experience with the following:

• Oracle Apps DBA experience, including Cloud database  and Oracle Apps experience.
• Developing and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines.
• Analyzing source data and tools to establish plans for migrations and verification of post-migration results.
• Performing unit testing and UAT iterations.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Experience using Exadata cloud services and Enterprise Linux.
• Experience creating FlexDeploy scripts to enable automated CI/CD.
• Oracle, OCI or other relevant certifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide accurate and realistic effort estimates, commit and deliver accordingly.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment and participate as a positive and cooperative team member.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills.
