ENTEK is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of battery separator technology supporting the rapidly growing energy storage and electric vehicle industries. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Lebanon, Oregon facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring the efficient movement of materials that support manufacturing operations and customer commitments.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment and a passion for developing teams, optimizing processes, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


What You'll Do


Warehouse Leadership & Operations

  • Lead all warehouse functions including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and distribution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and standardized work practices.
  • Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, inventoried, and delivered to support manufacturing and customer requirements.
  • Direct warehouse staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, and workload prioritization.
  • Maintain warehouse security and proper storage practices for raw materials, finished goods, tooling, hazardous materials, and production supplies.
  • Ensure all inventory and material transactions are properly documented and maintained within the ERP system.

Inventory Management

  • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, root cause analysis, and physical inventory programs.
  • Monitor stock movements, replenishment activities, and inventory transactions.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory activities.
  • Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Team Development

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel and warehouse team leaders.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of servant leadership, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives throughout warehouse operations.
  • Evaluate warehouse layout, material flow, and storage practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead projects focused on inventory control, operational performance, warehouse optimization, and waste reduction.
  • Support warehouse automation and technology improvement initiatives.

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, company policies, and material handling standards.
  • Conduct warehouse safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of forklifts, material handling equipment, racking systems, and warehouse facilities.

Performance Management

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including: 
    • Inventory Accuracy
    • On-Time Shipping Performance
    • Receiving Efficiency
    • Productivity
    • Safety Performance
    • Customer Service Levels

What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing inventory control and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP platforms.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Lean Warehouse, or Continuous Improvement experience.
  • APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CLTD, or related supply chain certifications.
  • Experience handling hazardous materials.
  • Forklift certification.

Working Environment

This position operates in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and office environments.

Employees regularly work around:

  • Forklifts and powered industrial trucks
  • Material handling equipment
  • Storage racking systems
  • Manufacturing equipment and processes

Occasional outdoor work may be required to support shipping, receiving, and facility activities.

Employees may be exposed to:

  • Moving equipment

  • Variable temperatures

Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required with proper lifting techniques and/or mechanical assistance.
