Centex Technologies is hiring a Program Analyst 4 - User Stories to lead requirements analysis and translate complex mission, business, and user needs into clear, testable user stories and delivery-ready product documentation. What You'll Do
- Plan and facilitate discovery sessions with users, customers, product owners, technical teams, and program stakeholders.
- Analyze current-state workflows, business rules, data, pain points, constraints, and desired outcomes.
- Create epics, features, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Write testable acceptance criteria that address happy paths, alternate flows, permissions, data validation, errors, and edge cases.
- Maintain traceability from customer needs and contractual requirements through stories, tests, releases, and outcomes.
- Lead backlog refinement, requirements reviews, change control, and readiness decisions.

Work Arrangement

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent directly relevant experience.
- Seven or more years of business, systems, program, product, or requirements-analysis experience.
- Advanced experience writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and traceability artifacts for complex systems.
- Ability to facilitate difficult discovery sessions and convert ambiguity into prioritized, testable work.
Preferred
- Experience supporting federal, defense, government contracting, or regulated technology programs.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, PSPO, Scrum, SAFe, or related certification.
