What You’ll Do

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain menu selections and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Check on guests throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Complete opening, side-work, and closing responsibilities.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous restaurant, food-service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry serving trays.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
