Reports to – Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing


Job Summary: The Graphic Designer – Regional Marketing is responsible for developing high-impact marketing collateral and assets that that support branch sales teams, regional marketing initiatives, and customer-specific requests. This role partners closely with sales and marketing to create localized marketing materials, custom flyers, event invitations, sales collateral, and other ad hoc projects that drive customer engagement and sales growth.


Job Duties:

  • Design regional promotional flyers and localized marketing campaigns.
  • Co-manage custom flyer requests with the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing and design customer-specific flyers, custom catalogs, product sheets, and sales collateral.
  • Design invitations and promotional materials for branch events, open houses, lunch-and-learns, and vendor demonstrations.
  • Produce digital and print materials supporting regional sales initiatives.
  • Create localized email graphics and supporting marketing assets.
  • Design branch signage, posters, counter cards, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Collaborate directly with Marketing Managers and Sales Representatives to understand customer needs and recommend creative solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of ad hoc requests while balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure all regional marketing materials align with company brand standards.
  • Perform own copy writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Maintain organized project files and track project status from request through completion.
  • Support continuous improvements to marketing request workflows and creative templates.
  • Update customer database with contact details and information from prospective customers
  • Provide support for corporate marketing initiatives—including promotions, catalogs, email campaigns, digital assets, product launches, and other strategic marketing projects—as team workload and business priorities require.
Requirements
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, but not necessary if experience and portfolio warrant.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work on both a PC and Mac platform.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a design role.
  • Portfolio showing work examples.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of preparing files for both print and digital distribution.
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, markup, markdown not required, but preferred.
