Description
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under general supervision, provides support to multiple functions of ESP shop operations
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Be able to maintain a consistent work schedule Monday-Friday.
- Be available to work a weekend on call schedule when needed.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the Order Fulfillment team.
- Provide support to Order Fulfillment by coordinating with 3rd party tool suppliers.
- Provide support to the Inventory team for equipment movement and tracking.
- Responsible for locating and accurately verifying various components of ESP systems that have been allocated to quotes.
- Coordinate with the Testing Administrator to reduce response time for paperwork submission.
- Coordinate with the DIFA team to increase accuracy of failure analysis and testing reports.
- Provide support to the Testing Administrator by building and distributing outbound equipment status reports to the Sales team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One year of ESP experience is preferred.

- Basic computer skills.
- Microsoft Excel, Word
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items in the work area.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace.
- Must be able to accept changes of priority and complete assignments when interruptions are frequent.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is usually performed in an office, shop, and equipment storage yard setting.
