Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including material handling, inventory control, shipping & receiving, stocking, picking, work order fulfillment, and delivery coordination.

This role supports accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinates day-to-day workflow with Material Handlers and Warehouse personnel.


Pay Rate $21 -$24 per hour.  Full-Time position with Full Benefit Package

Requirements

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including stocking, picking, kitting, work order fulfillment, and staging of materials.
  • Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time processing.
  • Ensure materials are accurately pulled, issued, and closed to work orders within ERP/CSI systems.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance investigation.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to support production schedules and customer demands.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate deliveries and internal material transfers as required.

Team Support & Coordination

  • Support, train, and coordinate daily activities with Material Handlers and Warehouse personnel.
  • Coordinate daily task sequencing and workflow priorities among warehouse team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for warehouse team members' questions on process, systems, and priorities.
  • Assist in onboarding and cross-training of team members.
  • Support a positive, collaborative team environment and help reinforce consistent adherence to warehouse procedures.

Safety & Compliance

  • Support and help enforce company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment (5S and housekeeping standards).
  • Conduct routine safety observations and address potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company operational standards.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

  • Identify and recommend process improvements related to inventory control, workflow efficiency, and material flow.
  • Monitor throughput and adjust processes to minimize delays and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve material discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy including bills of materials, part numbers, and job order specifications.

Administrative & System Responsibilities

  • Utilize ERP/CSI systems to manage inventory transactions and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reporting metrics.
  • Assist with audits and inventory reconciliations.
  • Communicate operational updates to management as needed.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on warehouse duties as needed to support team workload.
  • Perform other duties of greater or lesser complexity as required or assigned.

Qualifications


Education

  • High School      Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s      degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred

Experience

  • 2–4 years of      warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing operations experience
  • Experience      managing inventory control, cycle counting, and shipping & receiving      processes
  • Experience      working within ERP or inventory management systems (CSI, SAP, Oracle,      etc.)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

3. Must be able to work collaboratively with and support the Warehouse team

4. Must be able to perform all of the essential duties including working without documentation such as drawings, bills of material (BOM’s) assembly prints, and / or cut lists. 

5. Able to communication effectively with other departments to support building of the product

6. Must be able to use the computer and perform all necessary operations in CSI.


Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is required to use hands repetitively. Intermittently, the employee may be required to lift up to 35 lbs. to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
