The Marketing team at RTA is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Marketing, this individual contributor will own product marketing execution across the full RTA Fleet360 portfolio within RTA's broader marketing strategy. This person will play a critical role in driving the success of RTA's solutions by deeply understanding our market, crafting compelling messaging, owning go-to-market execution, and enabling our teams to sell, support, and expand customer relationships.
The right team member will embrace curiosity, storytelling, and execution to elevate RTA's position as a leader in the fleet management space. They'll thrive in a collaborative environment, own their role with confidence, and work to ensure that our customers - including government, transit, education, waste management, and food & beverage fleet professionals - get the tools and expertise they need to succeed. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to make an impact in an industry that keeps communities running.
What We're Looking For
Someone who:
- Feels at home as a member of a healthy team and is comfortable with accountability, candid collaboration, and constructive debate.
- Fully embraces team health and the principles behind eliminating the '5 Dysfunctions of a Team' (Patrick Lencioni).
- Confidently owns the Senior Product Marketing Manager role while actively seeking collaboration and buy-in from others.
- Thinks of themselves less, while not thinking less of themselves.
- Understands the power and impact of their words and actions.
- Constantly looks for more: more to learn, more to do, and more opportunity.
- Loves to read, learn, grow, and stretch themselves. Extra points if you've read Obviously Awesome by April Dunford, Influence by Robert Cialdini, or anything from Seth Godin or Patrick Lencioni.
Specifically for this job, someone who is:
- A Connective Force - Operates as the hub between Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support, driving cross-functional work to completion without needing to own the org chart.
- Curious and Analytical - Digs deeply into customer, market, product-usage, and competitor insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- A Master Storyteller - Crafts compelling, audience-focused messaging that aligns teams, highlights product differentiation, and makes RTA's value clear to the market.
- A Strategic Executor - Turns strategy and market knowledge into strong go-to-market execution that drives acquisition, expansion, and adoption.
- An Empowering Collaborator - Builds content and tools that help teams effectively sell, market, support, and expand the product.
