Reports to: Director of Glass Operations
Position Summary: Support glass business unit in the areas of estimating, detailing, project management, and operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review estimate, contract and contract documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, ect.) to become familiar with project
- Prepare preliminary estimates as requested by customers and be clear and specific on what is being estimated at the time the estimate is being given to the customer.
- Obtain all necessary information about a job before we start the drawing process. (drawings, submittal date, delivery dates, etc.)
- Maintain the estimating programs.
- Track material confirmations and post ship dates to calendar
- Participate in project kick-off meetings to share all known information about a job (finishes, delivery dates, special requirements, etc.)
- Produce holistic schedule/timelines for projects and manage to these schedules. Schedule is inclusive of design, detailing/engineering, submittal process, production, deliveries and closeout.
- Read legal contracts and scope of work requirements and adjust to support PDM’s interests.
