Description

As a Superintendent at N-RG Cladding, you will play a critical role in leading and managing exterior cladding projects from pre-construction through completion. You will oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent serves as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, driving collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for multiple cladding projects.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to contract specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless execution.

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Directly supervise field crews, subcontractors, and specialty trades.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality among all team members.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to develop high-performing teams.

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Identify hazards, enforce corrective measures, and lead incident investigations if necessary.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all work meets N-RG Cladding quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct field inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Verify that all materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate project records, daily reports, and schedules.
  • Track labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built documentation, and final inspections.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cladding or exterior envelope construction, including aluminum, glass, and ACM panels.Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
