With a growing footprint in Wealth Management, we’re seeking to hire a Wealth Management and Trust Assistant Administrator.
Position Summary:
The Wealth Management and Trust Assistant Administrator provides administrative, operational, and client service support to Wealth Advisors and the Trust Department. This role helps ensure an exceptional client experience by assisting with account administration, meeting coordination, client communications, and day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and respond to their financial needs and requests.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining client information, processing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Coordinate account openings, closings, and distributions, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with applicable policies and procedures.
- Process discretionary and recurring distributions, bill payments, and wire transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare client account reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Communicate with clients, Wealth Advisors, auditors, and tax preparers as needed.
- Assist Administrators with client meetings, including reviewing trust and account agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, company policies, and established procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1-5 years of experience in financial services or wealth management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and understand financial data
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

The base pay for this role is: $31-$38 per hour based on experience.
